CUBAN
Reggaeton
An energetic in-person class that combines Afro-Caribbean rhythms with contemporary urban dance. Cuban Reggaeton is all about freedom, confidence, and connection to the body. In this class, you'll learn how to dance like Cubans—with rhythm, flavor, and lots of sandunga.
We break down grooves, isolations, and styling in a space that empowers all bodies, all identities, and all levels to feel the beat and express their fire.

CUBAN
Rumba
This in-person class is a cultural journey into the roots of Afro-Cuban expression. We talk about and explain the three main branches of Rumba—Yambú, Guaguancó, and Columbia—offering insight into their history, rhythm, and significance.
Participants will learn Rumba-Guaguancó, exploring its movement vocabulary and its playful, expressive dialogue. Inclusive and welcoming, this class centers respect, awareness, and embodied knowledge.
